01 / Products

Two products: Ecapso Gateway and Ecapso Visualization.

Products describe what Ecapso provides. Ecapso Gateway is the core product: it collects, validates and distributes industrial data to the systems that already run the business. Ecapso Visualization is an optional extension, added only when customers also want their own dashboards and alarms.

Core product · Industrial connectivity & data layer

Ecapso Gateway

Securely connect PLCs, RTUs, meters and sensors using industry-standard protocols. Validate, normalize and distribute reliable operational data to ERP, MES, CMMS, BI, databases, APIs and existing SCADA.

  • OPC UA, Modbus, MQTT, REST, BACnet, DNP3, M-Bus
  • Edge gateway with buffering, retry and redundancy
  • Bi-directional integration with ERP / MES / CMMS / BI
  • Works with existing SCADA instead of replacing it
Optional extension · Monitoring & operations

Ecapso Visualization

An optional layer on top of Connectivity. Turn already-validated industrial data into real-time dashboards, machine and site status, alarms, trends and analytics, only if you need them.

  • Optional, because Connectivity works fully without it
  • Real-time dashboards, machine and site status
  • Alarm management with routing and audit trail
  • Historical trends, KPIs and multi-site rollout
02 / Connectivity

Enterprise-grade reliability built for industrial reality.

Every feature exists to make industrial data trustworthy at scale, for engineering teams and for the business.

Reliable communication

Automatic reconnect, retry logic and health monitoring keep data flowing under real-world conditions.

Automatic retry & buffering

Data is buffered at the edge during outages and delivered in order when connectivity returns.

Health monitoring

Per-device and per-tag diagnostics with alerting when a source degrades.

Gateway redundancy

Active/standby gateway pairs with automatic failover for continuous operations.

Data validation

Type, range and schema validation at the edge, so invalid data never reaches your systems.

Security & audit logs

TLS transport, role-based access and complete audit trails for every configuration change.

Cloud & edge ready

Same runtime across industrial gateways, on-premise servers and cloud environments.

API-first architecture

Every capability is available over REST and standard industrial protocols for deep integration.

03 / Ecapso Visualization

Monitor the process, understand what changed, and act where control is permitted.

An optional extension on top of Ecapso Gateway. Operators, maintenance and management see the same validated data, each at the level of detail their work requires.

Monitor

Live machine and process status, levels, flows, pressure, energy and production counters per asset, line, zone or site.

Understand

Historical trends, comparisons between shifts and sites, downtime reasons, consumption per unit and reports that explain what changed.

Act

Where the process, the customer and the site permit it, operators can send setpoints and commands back through the gateway. Every action is tied to a role and written to the audit trail.

Control functions are enabled per project after review with the customer. Ecapso does not replace safety systems or certified control logic.

04 / Water & Other Fluids

Connected water and fluid infrastructure in one operational data layer across distributed sites.

Water supply systems, treatment plants, reservoirs, pumping stations, distribution zones and remote telemetry locations rarely share one system. Ecapso Gateway collects data from PLCs, RTUs, meters and sensors across all of them and distributes it to the systems that need it.

Water loss & network monitoring

Ecapso compares water entering a distribution zone with measured consumption. Abnormal differences may indicate leakage, pipe damage, meter problems, abnormal consumption, pressure-related losses or instrumentation issues. Continuous monitoring of flow and pressure helps operators identify abnormal flow differences and prioritize investigation. It does not, on its own, prove a leak.

05 / Manufacturing

Connect existing machines and turn their operational data into a reliable real-time data layer.

Production lines, PLCs, drives and meters already produce the data. Ecapso Gateway collects it over Modbus and OPC UA, validates it and delivers it to ERP, MES, databases and, when needed, Ecapso Visualization.

09 / Deployment

Deploy where it fits your operations.

Ecapso is built to adapt to your infrastructure, not the other way around.

On-premise

Run Ecapso on industrial gateways or local servers for ultra-low latency and full data sovereignty.

Cloud

Deploy on your cloud of choice for centralized visibility, scalable storage and rapid multi-site rollout.

Hybrid

Keep collection at the edge and push validated telemetry to cloud services and business systems.

Infrastructure

Vendor-neutral. Ecapso runs on the industrial infrastructure you already have.

Ecapso is a software company. Ecapso is hardware-agnostic: it collects data from standard industrial equipment and runs on common industrial routers, edge gateways and servers, without replacing your existing automation layer.

Industrial routersEdge gatewaysPLCs & RTUsMeters & sensorsVPN / remote accessExisting SCADA

Hardware is treated as infrastructure, not as a product line. Where a project needs specific field equipment, it is selected per site together with the customer or integrator.

Partner Network

System integrators can manage and support multiple customer environments from one platform.

Partners have their own Ecapso account and manage the Ecapso environments of their customers: customer management, remote monitoring, connection and gateway health, alarm visibility, configuration and service workflows, with role based access.
